 We make custom software solutions for businesses. Our solutions are comprehensive and cover a large set of functionalities with the aim to automate business processes of our clients. Each solution we make is a custom solution tailored to the client's business which is made up of heavily customized CRM, ERP, Helpdesk and other customized platforms combined together with custom developed software components (web portals, extension apps embedded into the CRM/ERP systems, etc.).

The Role

The Role of the CRM Admin in our organization is for there to make, manage and maintain the setups of our Zoho platforms we use, which includes Zoho CRM (primarily), Zoho Books, Zoho Desk, Zoho SalesIQ and other related products. Within our production, this will mean that the CRM Admin will carry out the following tasks in our operation:

Based on functional design requirements set out by the functional design team, and using admin configurable features of the used platforms, set up and configure the platform's parts in such a way that the functional requirement will be met - and if more complex setups that require custom code will be needed, pass along the request to the engineering team to develop the advanced functionality;

Document platform setups - for the setups carried out, thoroughly document the configuration details (e.g. CRM modules setup, field structure, configuration of applied features, etc.) so that the documentation can easily be understood and tracked back;


Candidate Requirements / Skill Based

Ability to understand CRM's and similar systems, good grasp on software features - we expect candidates who can understand a software platform, such as a CRM, ERP, etc. and figure out the functional logic of its features and configurations in such a way that a particular functional requirement can be accomplished, while understanding the functional implications of various software configurations.

NOTE: We do not expect you to know the specific platforms we use from the start (e.g. Zoho CRM), however we do expect you to have the ability to quickly learn how it works and how its features and configurations can be applied successfully to deliver the needed result - and as your career progresses, we will expect you to develop into a product expert on the specific platform products you did significant amounts of work on (which will lead to pay rises for you if you can do that successfully and deliver projects well);
