The Procurement Buyer will be responsible for all procurement of goods, equipment and services according to the established policies of Er oton . The Procurement Buyer will work with stakeholders to improve the procurement process in order to attain maximum value for Eroton. In addition, the role holder is expected to play a part in developing the sourcing strategy of the business as well as manage the procurement process using NIPEX.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES:
Responsible for managing purchase orders for materials, equipment, spare parts and services to client's specification
Develop procurement objectives/strategies and manage the operational activities of Procurement Department.
Develop and implement cost reduction strategy.
Prepare Scopes of Work for tenders and review contractor’s proposals as well as technical and commercial bids for long lead items.
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of Six (6) years’ experience in similar job role with demonstrated knowledge of the oil and gas industry
Industry experience as an advantage.
Strong Knowledge of supply chain practices and costs structures; strong negotiations skills and contract law.
Experience with ERP System
Must be well organized, affinity for details and able to handle large volumes of work.
Capable of adapting to sudden changes in priority.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED :
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Engineering.
MBA will be an added advantage
Membership of CIPS/equivalent will be an added advantage.
JOB TITLE: CONTRACT ANALYST
LOCATION: LAGOS
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The contract analyst supports the development and implementation of Eroton’s contracting strategy to deliver value to the business operations within expected time and budget. He/she will also be responsible for contract negotiation with vendors, maintain commercial agreements, source and pre-qualify suitable, vendors.
Report Directly To:
Contracts Supervisor
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare specific contract strategies and ensure alignment with objectives of overall Eroton strategy.
Develop and perform contract screening and capability assessments and prepare list of Bidders.
Manage the preparation of all tender documentation, including instructions to bidders, minimum criteria for bidding, technical and commercial proposal requirements,
Coordinate and manage the timely kick-off and execution of contracts as agreed during tendering
Ensure contracts are developed and negotiated within the context of established policies, procedures and Legal requirement.
Negotiates within the pre-award stage for contracts of increasing value/complexity with support of relevant technical personnel.

POSITION DESCRIPTION:
The Projects and Facilities Engineering Advisor will lead a team of project Engineers to deliver complex and critical integrated business projects and provide support to the Operations and Maintenance teams in addressing typical issues peculiar to brown field onshore/swamp assets. He/she is expected to direct project activities from project ward through planning, design, construction, commissioning, start-up, transfer to operations team and close-out.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDES :
Responsible, through a combination of in-house design, for technical oversight and co- ordination of staff, engineering contractors and suppliers, as well as the effective and efficient delivery of projects
Developing and managing the technical practice and standards of the Company
Managing the development of technical strategies, documents, contracts, processes and specifications to ensure quality, consistency and efficiency in all technical engineering activities
Define project goals, objectives and critical success factors, ensuring they align with the project's commercial strategies. Develop the Project Execution Plan
Ensuring the accreditation, retention and adherence to relevant standards (e.g. COREN, NSE, ISO 9001, Engineering matters, etc.)
