VACANCY FOR A FEMALE FRONT DESK/CUSTOMERS SERVICE OFFICER
TEKNOKLEEN GROUP OF COMPANYS is recruiting for the position of Front Desk/ Customer Service Officer.
DUTIES:
1) Deal directly with clients / customers either by telephone ,electronically or face to face.
2) Receive incoming calls, respond to customers inquiries and resolve customers complaints
3) Direct request and unresolved issues to the designated resource and record details of action taken.
4) Manage the information on the company website in conjunction with the system Administrator/IT Unit
5) Manage customer relation proactively in cooperation with relevant units and department.
6) Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on customer requests, challenges, issues and resolution for management discussion and decision.
7) Update clients/ customers database and perform other duties assigned by superior.
REQUIREMENT/ QUALIFICATION:
1) B.Sc or HND in any discipline
2) Minimum of 2 years working experience in this filed
3) Have good Communication, Interpersonal, Presentation and Administrative skills
4) Good decision making, Listening and Conflict resolution skills
5) Willing to learn
