• Position Summary
As a customer service executive, you will part of the customer service team in Nitestay, a leading hotel booking platform in Nigeria.  We are looking for friendly and compassionate individuals with negotiation and persuasion skills.


• Key Responsibilities
Make and confirm reservations for customers.
 Answer inquries regarding hotel availability and other travel related information.  
 Prepare customer invoices and confirm payment.


• Requirements
An excellent command of written and spoken English
 Must possess good customer relations skills
 Friendly and compassionate
 Must have analytic, negotiation and persuasion skills
 Be able to work under minimal supervision
 Experience working for a travel agency/hotel booking site/call center is required


• Min Qualification
A degree or its equivalent
