POSITION: HUMAN RESOURCE COORDINATOR
Job level: SUPERVISORY
Job Description:
The job exists to provide operational support to the Human Resource Lead, in the execution of all HR programs and processes. This would include:
• Ensuring end to end recruitment, including onboarding process.
• Supporting the performance management process by informing employees on the use of the system and collating the results.
• Develop and implement a human resources plan and personnel management policies and procedures.
• Act as the first point of contact for HR/Payroll questions and refer to appropriate staff if necessary
• Provide necessary support for the effective Compensation and Payroll Administration.
• Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas of people metrics, reporting, and advanced and predictive analytics.
• Supports the Human Resource leadership team to identify business challenges and use data analysis to help influence changes to the operations, process or programs.
Qualifications/Skills/Experience:
• BSC/ HND in any discipline
• At least 5 years Human Resource experience in a supervisory capacity
• Professional Membership of either CIPM, CIPD or SHRM, is required
• A Master’s Degree in business related field or management is an added advantage
• Should have good Analytical skills
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
• Between 28 – 35 years of age

The job holder will perform series of functions within the Sales Department. This would include:
- Expanding and maintaining the business in the assigned territory.
- Developing initiatives and strategies to win new businesses.
- Identifying product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competition
- Ensuring a positive customer experience every time anyone relates with our brand.
- Collection of packages and proper shipping documentation. Provide accurate information and resolve customer complaints.
- Ensuring collections of credit sales within the stipulated period
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
• B.Sc/HND in any field
• At least 2 years relevant experience
• Max of 24 – 30 years
• Should have good Analytical, negotiation and persuasive skills
• Must be willing to work anywhere in the Country
