ROLE: FLOOR/FACILITY MANAGER
Job Title: Retail Floor Manager (full time position) x1 headcount
Job Duration: Permanent
Location: Lagos
Salary: Attractive
Main Responsibilities:
Ensure shop floor activities are coordinated in order to accomplish record projected sales figures
Coordination of shop floor staff to deliver top quality service delivery to the customers.

Oversee sales activities and communicate new ideas on how to move the supermarket forward.
Conflict, complaints and issue resolution (at the highest level), providing support to customers and shop floor colleagues.
Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry and upgrading service provision to minimum industry level.
Provide line management and support to all floor shop staff
QUALIFICATION:
Minimum HND certificate
The job entails a good understanding of the Nigeria FCMG terrain
Knowledge of competition and pricing in the external market
Experience
Minimum of 3 years experience as a floor manager of a well-known retail brand
Staff and customer management at the top level
Reporting sales forecast and actual figures
Inventory management and reconciliation of sales with accounting book
CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE
Job Title: Customer Service Executives
Job Duration: Permanent
Location: Lagos
Salary: Attractive (remuneration based on work hours)
Main Responsibilities:
• Ensure shop floor environment is neat and displays are arranged in the right order
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide them with excellent shopping experience
• Administer shelf and product price tags and changes.
• Maintain customer relation and deal with their complaints in the first instance
• Ensure customers purchase are scanned out in orderly and timely fashion
• Promote customer and public awareness of products and prices
• Provide supervision and mentoring to junior customer service colleagues
Qualification:
• Minimum OND certificate
• Understanding of good customer service/experience
• Knowledge of products and alternatives
Experience
• Minimum of 2 years recent experience as a customer service personnel
• Previous experience of cash till and inventory systems
• Problem solving on the shop floor
CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT OFFICER
Job Title: Customer Service Support x6 headcount
Job Duration: Permanent
Salary: Attractive (paid by the number of hours worked)
Main Responsibilities:
• Maintain the cleanliness of the entire Retail facilities
• Assist with customer enquiries and provide them with excellent shopping experience when required
• Stock up the shelves on the retail floor in the relevant sections
• Assist customers with their queries and with their shopping trolleys
• Provide support on the tills to senior customer service colleagues when required
• Promote customer and public awareness of products and prices
QUALIFICATION
• Minimum SSCE certificate
• Understanding of good customer service/experience
Experience
• Any experience in the retail sector will be an advantage
