1. Office Administrator
Job Type: Full Time
Qualification: Bsc/BA/HND
Location: Lagos
Job Field: Sales / Media / Advertising / Business Management
Responsibilities
The Administrative coordinator will direct and coordinate all administrative, book-keeping and financial services of the firm.
He/she will run the office, coordinate all other category of staff and report directly to management.
Education, Experience and Qualities
• MUST HAVE SOCIAL MEDIA SKILLS
• Degree in Administration/Finance
• Previous experience as an Admin Coordinator (1 year) a prerequisite
• Knowledge and technical skills:
• Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite
• Good and proven writing and spoken English
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Anticipation and self-organization capacities
• Great work capacity and stress management
2. Sales Attendant
 Job Type: Full Time
 Qualification: NCE/OND
 Location: Lagos
 Job Field: Sales / Marketing / Business Development
Candidate must be computer literate and knowledgeable in use of social media.
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
Duties
Function as an assistant to the Office Administrator
Attend to customers and offer assistance
Maintain Inventories
Responsible for the running of the cash register
Replenish the supply of gift shop items that are under stocked.
