Daemen College is located in Amherst, New York. In 1947, the Sisters of St. Francis established Daemen. Daemen offers approximately 36 degree majors in business, healthcare, and education for undergraduate and graduate students, serving about 3000 students.

Students are expected to master critical thinking and creative problem solving, information literacy, communication skills, affective awareness, moral and ethical discernment, contextual competency, and civic duty as part of Daemen College’s competency-based core curriculum. Daemen’s inclusion of service learning in the fundamental curriculum is also noteworthy.

Five different Scholarship funding opportunities are explored for applicants to Daemen college. Scholarships awarded by presidents, founders, deans, outstanding faculty and Alumni.

Benefits of the scholarship

Daemen College Deans Scholarship for International Students are of two categories

  •  $10,000 for first year international students
  • $7,000 for transfer international students


Requirements for scholarship application

  • International Students enrolled in the college full time course.
  • Undergraduate students enrolled in any of the university’s several programs are eligible for the award.
  • those taking full-time courses during the semester for which the scholarship is given.
  • English Language Requirement: Applicants must show proof that they meet the Daemen College’s basic standards for English language proficiency.

Interested and qualified applicants must enroll in undergraduate or graduate degree programs at Daemen College in the United States as part of the application process.
