Job Description
Customer Success Experts play a vital role in the growth of the company. You will drive the business growth engine by building intentional and professional relationships with all our clients, identify new business opportunities & work to increase the adoption of the application within the pool of companies you have in your database. You will need to be a sharp, articulate problem-solver capable of the significant responsibilities that are entrusted to you.
You will report directly to the Head of Growth.

Responsibilities
serve as the primary relationship personnel between the company & the clients and develop and maintain a smooth and strong relationship with users to increase loyalty and retention
respond to customer questions quickly via email, phone, and social media
highlight feature requests and bugs to the Product and Engineering teams
provide product support – You must have a comprehensive knowledge of the application 
pay attention to customer’s details and complaint
provide customers with training and education on our features
gather feedback from customers, study other customer success programs, and analyze customer data to identify the best practices.
maintain timely and accurate records of all customer interactions and demand forecasts.
