JOB PURPOSE

To act as a strategic business partner responsible for developing and administering

human resources plans and procedures that relate to employees, planning, organizing

and controlling the activities and actions of the HR department and contributing to the

development of the company’s Human capital goals, objectives, and systems.


QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS.

• Bachelor’s Degree in social sciences.

• Minimum of 3 years’ post NYSC experience as an HR Officer/Executive

• Basic knowledge of tax and pension.

• Knowledge of the Nigerian Labor Law.

• Proven management skills.

• Excellent computer skills.

• Strong communication, people and interpersonal skills.

• A member of a recognised professional body.
