Job Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is mainly responsible for handling day to day QA-QC & OH&S support to staff in addition to performing other administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate reports by;
* Transferring data from paper formats into excel, word documents or database system in a neat and standard format as required.
* Edit completed reports for grammar, spelling and punctuations.
* Work alongside with Service Centre Coordinator for documentation, records and other administrative work as required.
* Support/relief the Workshop Admin for documentation, tracking of documents and files, consumables, prepare necessary document for procurement of workshop items and other assigned task as need arises.
* Keep all information confidential in accordance with company policies
Requirements
* Minimum of HND
* Proven 3+ years’ work experience in Administrative, Typist, Data Entry or Clerical role.
* Previous experience in the use of software for data upload and download.
* Very good command of English (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
* Strong Communication skills.
