We're looking to hire an HR Executive who will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all HR responsibilities and activities within the organization.

Requirements

* First degree from a reputable tertiary institution.

* At least 4 years experience working as a HR Generalist in charge of strictly people and process related issues (i.e talent acquisition & management, compensation, rewards & benefits, retention & engagement etc) within the organisation.

*Good knowledge of the Nigerian Labor Law, Global Best Practices and Standards etc (especially wrt employment contracts, benefits, welfare, etc)

*Proven track record developing, implementing and ensuring compliance to procedures, policies and processes while providing guidance to enhance seamless business operations

* Monitor, observe and review the company's procedures and policies periodically to enhance the overall efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, thereby improving employee experience

* Developing measures or strategies to periodically measure the commitment and engagement of employees while promoting the desired organisational culture, values and behaviours.

*Excellent Communication (Oral and Written) and Interpersonal Skills

* Problem solving, Critical-thinking and Analytical Skills

* Detail and Result Oriented
