Job Details

To support the Head of Learning & Development in the effective delivery of the overall L&D strategy. The post holder will identify development needs, design, create and deliver solutions across the organisation at every level, including online learning. He/she will be responsible for setting clear points of evaluation and able to demonstrate the degree of success achieved for all L&D interventions.


Qualification/Experience:

BSC/HND in Management or Social Science or any Minimum of three (3) years cumulative cognate related discipline from a reputable University/ experience in an HR/Learning & Development role Polytechnic

and a knowledge of Performance Management.
