Qualifications/Requirements:
ND and NCE in any discipline
Must not be more than 27 years of age at last birthday
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
High level of drive and resilience in achieving set goals/targets
Good appreciation and working knowledge of MS Office tools (Ms Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High sense of responsibility and accountability
Excellent organizational, innovative, strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and challenges
A team player
Willingness to be redeployed to other locations within a short notice
Polite and well-tempered when dealing with difficult clients, whilst also being able to build rapport quickly with callers.
