Receivables officers (relationship management)

Job Description

Align with business and work with maximum credit outstanding on receivables per client. Ensure risk is hedged by stopped new trips if business crosses a threshold

Develop relationship with customer's finance department/other decision makers, ensuring payout is robust and on time

Escalate and work with business/operational teams for ensuring 30 days or less is payment time( of the invoice date) per allocated key customers

Work with internal finance team for ensuring invoicing is within 24 hours

Understand past reconciliation process/challenge and engage through business in recovery of funds

Overall represent Kopay receivables on the relationship management of key customers accounts and with business teams ensure zero overdue past 30 days


Qualifications

3-5 years of Corporate banking experience in relationship management, business/ finance, reconciliation process or accounting

Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
