Job Role: Network Engineer

Location: Benin

Job Objectives

To ensure that all Network Solutions Projects for TELNET Nigeria Ltd are implemented within the budget scope and agreed time frame with the client, while providing innovative solutions and customer service of the highest quality.

Also to ensure that network maintenance/support obligations are managed properly in such a way that customers’ expectations are met and exceeded in line with the company’s policies, processes, and procedures.


Responsibilities

Identification and Closure of leads/deals for Network Solutions Unit.

· Provision of the first-class service to the satisfaction of our customers.

· Development of relevant business proposals, quotations, presentations, and other forms of business communications write-ups.

· Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve departmental goals and objectives.

· Responsible for achieving set financial targets with respect to annual turnovers and profitability.

· New Solutions Research and Development of New Solutions for greater value add for our clients.

· Handle and Manage maintenance and support obligations with clients.


Qualification(s)

B.SC/B.Tech/ B.Eng in computer science/ Engineering


Skills Required

Good Problem Resolution Skills, People Skills, Result oriented, confident, curious, and hardworking.


Experience

1-2 years’ experience as a technical sales engineer
