Purpose Statement:

To accomplish the primary goal of providing administrative and technical skills to support a project to successful completion. The Project Officers reports directly to Head, Special Projects.

Duties & Responsibilities
Team Administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support to our team of project managers
When required, set up team meetings, record meeting minutes and allocate actions
Support the Monitoring, Evaluation, Impact and Learning Lead to monitor progress on projects
You may also be required to undertake other assignments from time to time, depending on the needs of the project.

Sales &Marketing Officer

Purpose Statement:
This role entails marketing of products and increasing customer base. It involves being accountable and responsible for customer satisfaction, payment, invoicing, monitoring and reconciliation of customer accounts. It also involves building strong relationships with related stakeholders in the course of duty both internal and external.



The Sales & marketing Supervisor is responsible for monitoring and guiding junior team members of the team and reporting business activities to the team.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Ensure daily, weekly and monthly report of sale and marketing activities in South West Region.
Build up customer clientele base by constantly prospecting new customers and maintaining old ones.
Keeping close watch on competitors activities, strategizing ground-breaking and reactionary plans.

Project Engineer-Civil
Location: Lagos State, NigeriaDepartment: Asharami Synergy Plc.Type: Full TimeMin. Experience: Mid Level

Purpose Statement:
The position will be accountable for technical delivery of projects through Front-End and Detailed Engineering Design, Construction and Commissioning & Handover to operations.  Key aspects of this position include managing and reviewing the technical aspects of the projects that are designed by engineering service providers. The position will also review civil engineering details required for construction of facilities from inception to commissioning.

The position will work with the Engineering Project Manager to manage the Company’s interface with Government Regulatory Agencies as well as ensure that all the Company activities meet statutory and Group HSE standards.

Responsibilities & Duties:
Supervision of assigned projects through Development, Design, Construction, Commissioning and Handover ensuring delivery in accordance with project requirements, specifications, schedule and budget.
Develop technical specifications for contracts, review technical proposals, processes and manage contractor performance
Perform vendor identification, pre-qualification, tender clarifications and technical evaluations
Perform Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Audits
Review Civil Designs & specifications and supervise execution.
