CUSTOMERS SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED AT BETKING

Your major functions as a CSR are as follows:
• Manage customer interaction through phone call, email, Social media, Chat and other channels used in the contact center.
• Document customer interaction appropriately.
• Resolve and escalate customer queries in a timely and professional manner
• Execute processes and policies guiding customer interaction
• Report to the customer service manager
• Provide innovative recommendations on improving the business - Processes, campaigns, policies - the list is endless.
* Working Experience in the sports betting industry is an added advantage.
