Quebec Farm is currently sourcing for some Account/Relationship Managers and Marketing Personnel to support the fast growing demands of the company.
Account/Relationship Manager
The prospective candidates will work closely with internal departments to ensure clients’ expectations are met. The successful candidates will also engage in the following activities:
- collaborate with sales team, handling of clients enquiries, collecting data for analysis and improve overall customer experience
- operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to clients’ accounts
- building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- overseeing customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit
Marketing Personnel
The prospective candidate will work in a team to source for business opportunities and clients to manage a robust client portfolio. The successful candidates will also engage in the following activities:
- assist with organizing promotional events
- conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities
- create reports on marketing and sales metrics, like conversion rates
- keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- prepare regular sales forecasting reports
- monitor competitors’ marketing activities
Employment requirements for both roles will be excellent communication skills, computer skills, problem solving skills and presentation skills. The candidates should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.
The minimum qualification requirements will be ND, HND and BSC in accounting, marketing and related disciplines.
