• Job position: Crew Planning Transformation Lead
• Location: United Arab Emirates
We are pleased to announce an incredibly exciting opportunity to join the Crew Recourses function on a fix term Contract for 24 Months as Senior Manager Crew Program. You will add immediate value by plan and execute the end to end transition from the current Crew Planning System and Roster Optimization Service to the new Crew Planning system. Lead system implementation and business process change in collaboration with IT to ensure seamless delivery of new Crew Planning platform. Reporting to the Head of Crew Resources, this role is crucial to the successful delivery of the new multi-million dollar optimization software and ensures operational viability of Crew Roistering operations.

• Job title: Business Partner - Enterprise Analytics
• Location: United Arab Emirates.
You will add immediate value by managing the relationship and service provided between departments across Etihad Airways and the Enterprise Analytics Team. Reporting to the Head of Strategic Engagement Enterprise Analytics, you will guide analytics resources to analyse and visualize Etihad’s enterprise data resources to answer questions posed. Work with other Business Partners Engagement and the Analytics Managers to determine priorities and plan, manage and deliver tasks. He/she will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively work across a multi-discipline environment. He/she will be encouraged to develop their skills and techniques for the analysis of data and problem solving, to stay up to date with industry leading Business Intelligence capabilities.
