• Job title: Store Manager.
Description/Reponsibities For Manager
• Overall Supervision of store operations.
• Ensure that the store is kept to company standard always.
• Ensure that Items are displayed in approved format.
• Ensure that proper books are kept.
• Ensure that approved staff roaster is followed.
• Ensure that cash are sorted for pick-up and counted at the bank promptly.
• Ensure that change is available for store operation always.
• Ensure that all personnel conform with company’s standard operating    procedures.
• Motivate team to achieve sets sales target.
• Co-operate with resident Loss control officer to achieve company goals.

Qualification
 B.Sc /H.N.D
 Experience: Required


• Job title: Assistant Store Manager
job Description for Assistant Manager
• Assist the store manager to run the store.
• Perform the duties of the store manager.
• Manage the store when store manager is absent from the store.
• Run all necessary reports after close of work when manager is absent.

Qualifiaction
 B.Sc/H.N.D
 Experience: Adequate training would be provided.


• Job title: Loss Control Officer
• Reponsibities For Loss Control Officer
• Regular audit of HTI & HVI Items and general inventory audit.
• Prompt return of report to Loss control manager with comments on    observed lapses where necessary.
• Ensure that losses in the store are reduced to the bearest minimum.
• Stand at the Till to ensure that cashiers are complying with company’s    standard procedure to reduce and prevent losses.
• Ensure that customers receipt and bagged Items are spot checked regularly.
• Ensure that Items are properly handled to prevent losses.
• Monitor Diesel supply to the store with the store manager.
• Monitor direct supply to the store.

Qualification
 B.Sc/ H.N.D
 Experience: Adequate training would be Provided.


• Job title: Sales Associates
• Description For Sales Associate
• Ensure that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a    friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every    customers.
• Maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customers    service.
• Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements.
• Assist in merchandizing, displaying of Items, maintenance and house keeping.
• Ensure that Items are displayed properly for customers.
• Assist the customers in getting what they want.
• Ensure that goods are kept properly.

Qualification
 O.N.D/O’Level
 Experience: Adequate training would be Provided.


• Job title: Premises Associates
• Description For Premises Associate
 Primary Assignment
• General Cleaning of the Store.
Secondary Assignment
• Assist in offloading of goods from the truck.
• Assist in shelving of Items.
• Assist in packing of goods.

Qualification
 O’Level
 Experience: Not Required


• Job title: Cashier
• Requirement For Cashier
• Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Ability to process information.
• Ability to operate computer.
• Ability to speak fluently.
• Ability to relate with customers.


• Responsibilities For Cashier
• Issue receipt and change to customers.
• Count money in cash drawer at the beginning of shift to ensure that amount    is correct and there is adequate change.
• Greet customers entering the store.
• Resolve customers complaints.
• Answer customers question and provide information on procedure or policies.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.
