An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and driven Purchase Ledger Assistant to join our Finance team based at our Head Office at Didsbury, Manchester.
As a Purchase Ledger Assistant you will be responsible for administering the purchase ledger for suppliers and ensure that outward payments are made in accordance with appropriate timescales and within relevant payment terms.
• Required Skills
•Knowledge of purchase ledger
•High volume data entry
•Attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to work to monthly deadlines
•Good written and verbal communication skills.
Essential Experience:
•Experience within a similar position.
•Experience using Microsoft office applications specifically MS Word and MS Excel
This role is offered on a 18-month fixed term contract, working on a part time basis (30 hours over 5 working days).
