• Job title: Director of Retail Traffic & Growth
• Location: Lagos
• Remuneration: 200K - 300K
Vacancy Details
Leverage various marketing techniques to drive retail customers to our retail shops and grow retail revenues. The individual must be able to:

•Develop and grow channels for reaching and driving consumers to visit the retail shop.
•Work with third-party vendors to develop marketing materials and execute marketing campaigns and promotions.
•Optimize marketing spend to achieve highest possible ROI across channels.
•Leverage data and information to deliver actionable plans and strategies.
•Develop PR models to increase mention of retail shop in the media.
• Implements metrics + tracking systems to accurately measure ROI
•Manage, train and grow marketing team members.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, English or other related field.
• Over 5 Years Proven experience in marketing especially driving traffic to a location.
•Experience interpreting and using analytics tools.
•Experience using social media, viral and event marketing concepts and tools.
•Experience in the retail industry will be a plus.
• A love for handbags and understanding of handbag purchase motivation. Hence Preferably a Female.
• Be enthusiastic and creative.
Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
