•First stage assessments: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to our office to complete a first stage of screening which will include – tests, panel interviews and presentations.
•Second stage: Successful candidates from the second stage will be invited for a chat with the unit heads for the position for which they have applied for.
•Third stage: At this point the candidate will be invited to have chat with the Managing Director of the company. This stage will only apply for entry level and experienced professionals.
•Final Stage: The successful candidate will be contacted for pre-employment medicals and other on-boarding processes for resumption.
