Marigold Travel Agency Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in 1991 to carry out the business of travels and tours. It was established to deliver top grade services to customers in the travels and tours marketing Nigeria.
We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below:


• Job title: Ticketing and reservation officer.
• Location: Lagos
• Type of employment: Full-time


Job Description
• Handling ticketing & reservations for customers.
• Carry out all follow up procedures pertaining to customer travel, i.e. reconfirmation of airline tickets, tour confirmation, booking / reservation etc..
• Marigold reservation systems and issue and re-issue revalidation.
• Maximize sales and revenues by booking and ticketing return journeys, selling holiday packages and other travel related products and services.
• Knowledge in Airline Fare rules, Ticket Cancellations & refunds.
• At least 2 years experience with any Airlines approved reputed travel agency in Nigeria.
• Visa application and hotel booking (Europe visas, US visas etc)
• Fair experience with dealings in hotel reservation across.
Skills

• Bachelor Degree/HND/ND
• Excellent Command In English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
• Microsoft Application Skills ( Words, Excel , PPT , Internet )
• Experience not less than 2 years
• Art of communication in dealing with customers
• Highly Skilled in Customer Services
• Achieving Sales Target & Oriented
• Effective Team working Skills
• Good Appearance
