Qualifications and Experience
To qualify for this role, applicants must have a HND/Bachelor in social management science disciplines, preferably in human resource management.
Member of a professional body, such as CIPM, CIPD, NITAD, PMI, SHRM, etc will be an added advantage.
A minimum of 5years of progressively responsible experience in analysis, plan design or administration of compensation and benefits programs or HR generally.
