In 1997 the company was fully in business, dealing in offshore vessel owning and chattering, dredging & reclaiming works, downstream and repairs, infrastructural development. Mining, engineering, procurement, installation and commissioning, marine logistics/equipment fabrication, leasing and repairs.

Job tittle: Technical Manager

Details
•Ensuring compliance where appropriate with the Company’s Procedures and Policies in accordance with the requirements of the ISM Code and ISO 9001:2008 ISO14001:2004 & ISO 18001:2007 Standards.
•Ensure timely and cost effective maintenance or repairs of all Dredgers, vessels and equipment owned by the Japaul group.
•Supervising the maintenance, availability, efficient operations of the Dredgers and assisting as required in all aspects of dry-dockings, repairs and modifications on all vessels.
•Provide full work scopes, maintenance schedules (including drawings, materials required and job procedure) for all technical modifications, repairs and maintenance.


Qualification and experience
A Bachelors Degree or HND in Mechanical engineering.
15-20 years of experience.

Job tittle: Dredging Superintendent
Job Id: 1136

Details
•Manage and be responsible the day to day dredging activities on a project.
•Provide the Portfolio manager with input for the development of the detailed project plan.
•Ensure that dredging activities are executed as per project plan.
•Manage cost efficiently dredging activities and provide. Work manager on a weekly basis with financial reports.
•Provide weekly report to the Work Manager on milestones, work/done, progress, budget, issues and planning.
•Ensure that QA/HSE requirements and procedures are observed on site.
•Manage and update project documentation on site and provide Works manager with accurate and up to date information.
•Request for the purchase of dredging related items.
•Coordinate and execute the yearly performance evaluation process for the dredge supervisors and (Sr.) dredge masters and ensure that the yearly performance evaluation process for the subordinates is executed.


Qualification and experience
A Bachelors Degree or HND in Civil engineering.
8-10 years of experience.
Professionally qualification of MNSE, COREN
