The company was incorporated in November 2008 with ordinary shares worth one million, which 70% is owned by Mr. Adeyemi Oke while 30% is owned by Mrs. Oluwatoyin Ike.
Precious paint limited started her operation immediately in the registered address as one of the fastest growing paint producing company in Nigeria.
Precious paint is also registered under the Manufacturing Association of Nigeria (MAN).


As a manufacturing industry of paint, Precious paint produces various verities of paints which are; Emulsion, gloss, stain texture which are preferable in Nigeria
In order to boost her market strategies the company has marketing executives with responsibility of getting major paint distributors in every part of the country with hard working customers representatives and account officers that handles customer records and other activities been checked by the internal control teams.
