The Access training program is a 4 month instant program at the school of Banking excellence, giving you the opportunity to be trained with high caliber applicants.


To be part of this program, you will need a minimum of second class upper division from a university acceptable to the bank.
An NYSC certificate and a minimum age of 24yers of age for Bachelors degree holders and 26years for lawyers with a law degree.
Graduates with a second class lower are also free to apply from a university acceptable to the bank or Masters degree from top tier universities acceptable to the bank and a minimum age of 26years.

The role of an SBA is primarily to develop new banking relationships with large Chinese/German banking names in Nigeria with emphasis in Lagos.
Align the Bank’s product suite and business offering to meet the objectives of Chinese/German clients within the Bank
Work in collaboration with a development bank to originate and win clients of Chinese/German business extraction
Provide sales support and business advisory for Chinese/German clients who are looking to expand their operations into Nigeria
Coordinate the agency services of the Bank to support the development of the Bank’s business relationship with a development bank and other Chinese/German Financial Institutions


Qualifications:
A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage
Relevant experience in Corporate, Business or Commercial Banking with proven skills in business development, portfolio expansion and client acquisition and strategy. Minimum of 8-11 years relevant experience applicable.
Language: Proven ability in business or conversational Chinese/German language will be an advantage.

Excellent Marketing / selling skill
Strong strategic orientation
Good negotiation /presentation skills
