The Niger Delta Development Commission has launched the "Niger Delta Young Innovators Programme" for innovative youths with impressions to inventions. An official statement was released by the NDDC encouraging and inviting interested, talented and innovative youths with impressive inventions, equipments and applications to apply within and submit their proposals for the opportunity to show case at the Offshore Technology Conference (OTC) 2017. NIgeer Delta Youth innovators programme   This event is guaranteed to give the global exposure required to attract international investors and funders to the project show cased.
